At the beginning of 2014 a new, dynamic event team took over The EGG Brussels. The efforts they made in the last years have recently been rewarded with a thirth place in the list of preferred venues in our capital!

The EGG Brussels is perfect for all kind of events, however the organization aims especially the congress and seminar section of the market. Not illogical considering The EGG Brussels has all the assets at hand.

That The EGG Brussels has taken a place in the top 3 of event locations in Brussels in such a short period of time, is not only thanks to the excellent location near the Midi train station (TGV, Thalys, Eurostar) and easy accessibility. The team of The EGG puts everything in place in order to meet the customers wishes and needs. To continue being a motive force and deliver an impeccable service in all circumstances, the team constantly questions their way of working. The feedback from the customers is accurately followed through satisfaction sheets. Any problems are solved firmly and strengthen the process of making The EGG Brussels a place that meets all the needs of the clients.

This means that The EGG Brussels wants to improve its infrastructure even more among the modular rooms that PRG equipped with up to date technical set-up. The EGG Brussels has an auditorium of 900 places and four break-out rooms with a capacity of 100 to 350 places.

As from January 2016 the client will be able to choose out of no less than five complementary catering specialists that will offer a wide range of gourmet formulas. An agreement has been reached with Fluxology regarding the parking’s, which provides The EGG Brussels with over more than 400 parking spots within a 100m range. The perfect modularly rooms are also all accessible for persons with reduced mobility. To improve the logistics, The EGG Brussels also disposes of an 800m2 charge/discharge zone with direct access to the main rooms.

In light of quick and easy communication with the customer, The EGG Brussels only assigns one point of contact within the team. This person is responsible for the communication from the first contact to the realization of the event itself. The experienced team offers a listening ear from start to finish and likes to share its know-how with the customer. And this all with one goal: creating the perfect event, all tailored to the client wishes.
